2.  Report from the President
Guido Sirolli summarised the year so far and welcomed the progress being made with the development of the class and in the formation of new national associations.
3.  Accounts 2015 & 2016
Class Secretary Ceri Williams presented the IWA management accounts for 2015, which included a summary of income and expenditure for the OBCA.
Nine month actuals for 2016, with a projection to the year-end, were outlined.
4.  Class Rules
The proposed changes to Class Rules were approved.
The General assembly approved the change to 2 championship divisions – U13 and U17, awarding one world title in each division.
5.  World Championship 2017
Guido Sirolli reaffirmed the decision taken by the Executive Committee in Quiberon to accept the bid from Circolo Vela Arco to host the 2017 World Championship from 31st July to 5th August.  The secretary was tasked to finalise the contract (Memorandum of Understanding) and for a Notice of Race to be published as soon as possible.
6.  Euro Challenge 2017
A provisional calendar of 5 events in 5 countries was discussed and the potential host clubs asked to confirm a bid in writing to the OBCA.
7.  Americas Cup Endeavour Junior Regatta 2017
Nevin Sayre was complimented on his work delivering such an opportunity to OBCA.
8.  Committee Changes
Guido Sirolli confirmed the resignation of Simon Dubbin and Rossella Marchi from the Executive Committee, and proposed that Laura Segantini and Bernard Helot be co-opted to the Committee. Both co-options were approved.
Laura will be co-ordinating the preparations for the 2017 World Championships.
