The O’pen Skiff Class Association works with Local Organising Authorities and the boat manufacturer to organise championships high standard events.

The following international Class Championships are organised once a year:

  • World Championships (WOC)

For World Championships or European Championships or Eurochallenge Circuit the organization of each Championship is allocated by the Executive Committee to an Organising Authority (or LOA) according to bids received.

Hosting an O’pen Skiff championship is a significant undertaking therefore it is important you familiarise yourself with the

It also useful to read our Rules and Regulations that would be applied during O’pen Skiff Championships.

If your organisation would like to host a championship we encourage you to fill in a

BID APPLICATION

This should be sent to the Class Secretary at secretary@openskiff.org.

Within the following deadlines:

01.04.2021 for the Open Skiff World Championships 2022.
